SUMMER SUB SANDWICH
1 package 3 oz. cream cheese (use the whipped kind)
1 loaf 20 inches unsliced French bread halved lengthwise
6 slices deli ham (I bought Trader Joe's Rosemary Ham)
6 slices provolone cheese
1 jar 4 1/2 oz. sliced marinated mushrooms drained
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 small onion thinly sliced
banana peppers
2 cups shredded lettuce
Spread the cream cheese on bottom half of bread. Layer with the ham, cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, peppers and lettuce. Replace the top. Cut into 2 inch slices.
