Born In New York City Moved To Arizona

Today I'm honoring my husband.
I told Chuck I was going to blog about him for Valentines Day.
He just laughed.
No insincere card bought.  Just thought I'd mention somethings I like or love about him.
Of course I love riding with you.

Not so sure I would say I like or love your collections, but I can appreciate it.

I love how versatile your facial and head hair has been throughout the years.

Love the tattoo!

I'll always remember our trip to Colorado.

So today I made you one of your favorites, Shrimp Creole even though I don't care for shrimp too much.....now that's love.

I love our common interest in music, the new tunes you have introduced me to and the beautiful children you have given me.

Your love of food and travel.......

All the stories, adventures......our life has been good!

Chuck, Chuckles, Old Man, Old Goat...you are my best friend.

Bike Night

Yes, he loves his bike!

Bike night in Iowa has a good turn-out.  They have music, contest, food and drinks.  In Arizona, bike night might mean there are 6 bikes.  A lot of Chuck's old riding buddies showed up for the event.  It was fun to meet the guys I've been hearing about for years.  Afterwards we all road to another bar for some real drinking!

A Beautiful Ride

We spent the day with our friends Dave and Tracy riding through beautiful country roads, over bridges on the Mississippi and through quaint towns on the Illinois side of the river.

Little Bit of Colorado

A relaxing morning after we left Georgetown, Co.  Chuck wanted to show me the town of Evergreen and he was excited to find the "Little Bear", a saloon with wild memories for him.  We sat outside on the beautiful street covered sidewalk having our coffee.  No hurry here!  I think we could have stayed all day.  Wonderful views of the mountains and trees.  Fresh cool pine scented air.

The bad boys made it 700 miles so far being hauled up mountains, through tunnels and winding curves.  The trailer wasn't so lucky.  During the night trying to park in the narrow hotel parking lot, we literally were stuck.  Chuck hit a pole and dented the fender!  The desk clerk came out to help us get "unstuck".  Oh well, not going to let this ruin our day.
